Winning the Principal Practice of the Year Award (2016) confirmed our culture, values and genuine ‘client first’ approach resonated with our clients.
With our culture set, we progressed to overhauling our entire administrative process and updating our software to increase efficiencies. We also upgraded our online security to keep our clients’ information safe. For this we won our Operational Excellence Award (2017).
These efficiencies have made both our team members and our clients happier, as we’re able to quickly respond to needs and requests. Happy clients have actively referred us to friends, relatives and associates and this has led to growth, and our third award – Winner of Business Growth (2018).
Our collaborative approach and ability to offer a multitude of advice services that address the overall financial wellbeing of our clients has continued to be recognised. We won Practice of the Year for a second time in 2019, and in the same year, the ifa (Independent Financial Advisers) Excellence awards, Holistic Financial Advice Firm of the Year, which we won again in 2020.
